           Service procedure

  1. Destination & time setting: Check the address and Google Street View link of your destination(tourist spot, business site, event, etc.). Schedule a video call to your destination for up to one hour, considering the local time.

  2. Initial deposit: Charge the initial deposit by cryptocurrency or PayPal with the digital wallet provided.
  3. Apply: Apply for an on-site video call at your destination and preferred time. Wait for a local streamer (avatar) to accept your request.
  4. Accepted: If some avatar accepts your request, you will receive a notification message.
  5. Not accepted: If no one accepts your request, your initial deposit can be refunded or used for another application.
  6. Start a video call: All users can start a video call at the scheduled trip time. Once connected, ask your avatar to begin streaming. If you want to experience a live virtual trip with a bigger screen, connect your smartphone screen to a smart TV.
  7. End a video call: When ending a video call, first inform the avatar. Then press the call termination button and the reconfirm button.
  8. Payment: Thirty minutes after ending a video call, the trip fare will be sent to your avatar’s account.
  9. Service rating: You can rate the service quality of your avatar to improve the service and help other users. 
  10. Cancellation: Be careful about canceling your trip reservation. Low reputations can negatively affect your matching. When canceling your reservation first, you must pay a cancellation fee to the avatar according to the following criteria. Avatar pays no fee even to cancel first.
  • Cancel more than 24 hours before the trip start time – no cancellation fee.
  • Cancel 24 to 2 hours before the trip start time – basic rate
  • Cancel less than 2 hours before the trip start time – 30 minutes fare 
  • Cancel or refuse of video call after the trip start time – One hour fare

          11. User Complaint: If a reserved virtual trip fails for a reason other than cancellation, users can complain to appeal the fare payment only within the complaint time limit.

  • Poor connection: complain within 10 minutes of the trip start time.
  • Avatar does not answer a video call: complain within 30 minutes of the trip start time.
  • Avatar’s non-cooperation / Wrong place in the scheduled trip start time / Poor language skill / Equipment issues such as no phone battery: complain within 30 minutes of video call termination.
  • Any complaint instantly holds the fare payment for up to 48 hours. We first review both sides’ claims and the video call time record.
  • Then, we decide whether to pay the charged fare and notify users of the result by email within 48 hours. No further complaints on the same case are accepted.
  • We may request additional data while reviewing your complaint. Help the review process by responding to data requests as quickly as possible.
  1. Reconnection: You must reconnect within one minute when a video call is lost because of poor communication conditions or by mistake. If a video call disconnection lasts for more than one minute or the app is down, the virtual trip is automatically terminated.
  2. Trip meter: It calculates the basic and per-minute rates while a video call is connected.
  3.  Additional features of video calling
  • You can switch the front/rear camera of your avatar’s smartphone.
  • You can instruct the front, rear, left, and right by a directional key.
  • You can switch the ID card open/close mode.
  • While displaying your ID card on the avatar’s smartphone screen, the camera direction of the avatar’s phone is switched to the front camera taking a selfie.

     Service procedure

  1. Search: Search virtual trip requests to your city.
  2. Accept: Accept a proper trip request that fits your schedule.
  3. Arrive: You arrive at the reserved spot at least 5 minutes early, and take a selfie for evidence of your arrival.
  4. Start a video call: All users can start a video call at the scheduled trip start time. Once connected, cooperate with your master for video streaming.
  5. End a video call: When you end a video call first, inform the master. Then press the call termination button and the reconfirm button.
  6. Payment: Thirty minutes after ending a video call, the trip fare will be sent to your account.
  7. Withdraw: To withdraw cash from your account, you need accounts of Paypal or crypto exchanges such as Binance, Upbit, etc.
  8. Service rating: You can rate the service quality of your master to improve the service and help other users. 
  9. Cancellation: You might cancel the reserved trip at no additional cost. However, low reputations can negatively affect your matching. If the master cancels a trip reservation first, you get 90% of the cancellation fee according to the following criteria.
  • Cancel more than 24 hours before the trip start time – no cancellation fee.
  • Cancel 24 to 2 hours before the trip start time – basic rate
  • Cancel less than 2 hours before the trip start time – 30-minute fare 
  • Cancel after the scheduled trip start time – One hour fare
